Unlocking the doors
1.
Press
andreleasetounlockthedriver’sdoor.Note:Theinterior
lampswillilluminate.
2.
Withtheall-doorremoteentry,press
andreleaseagainwithin
threesecondstounlockallthedoors.
Theremoteentrysystemactivatestheilluminatedentryfeature.This
featureturnsontheinteriorlampsfor25secondsoruntiltheignitionis
turnedtothe3(ON)position.Thedomelampcontrolmustbesettothe
ONpositioninorderfortheilluminatedentryfeaturetooperate.
Passivelocking(ifequipped)
Ifthevehicleisunlockedusingthe
ontheremoteentrytransmitter,
thevehiclewillautomaticallybelockedagain(andalsoarmthe
anti-theftfeature,ifequipped)provided:

novehicledoorwasopened,or
theliftgate(ifequipped)wasnotopened,or
theignitionremainedinthe2(OFF)positionfor45seconds.
Programmingunlockingmode(ifequipped)
Theunlockingmode(ifequipped)ontheremoteentrytransmittercan
beprogrammed.Tochangetheunlockingmodefromthesingle-door
unlockingmodetothecentralall-doorunlockingmode:

Withthevehicleinthe2(OFF)position,pressthe
remoteentrytransmittersimultaneouslyandholdfor4seconds.The
park/turnlampswillflashtwicetoindicatethemodechange.

perimeteralarm)isajar,thelampswillnotflash.Oncethedoorthat
wasajarisclosed,thelampswillflashtoindicatethatthevehicleis
lockedandalldoorsareclosed.

areclosed,andhonktwiceifanydoororliftgateisajar.
