unabletorepairanewmotorvehicletoconformtothevehicle'sapplicableexpress
warrantyafterareasonablenumberofattempts,Mazdamayberequiredtoreplaceor
repurchasethevehicle.CaliforniaCivilCodeSection1793.22(b)createsapresumption
thatMazdahashadareasonablenumberofattemptstoconformthevehicletoits
applicableexpresswarrantiesif,within18monthsfromdeliverytothebuyeror18,000
milesonthevehicle'sodometer,whicheveroccursfirst,oneormoreofthefollowing
occurs:
