intothevehicleseat.Besurethebelt
retractsassnuglyaspossible.Clicking
fromtheretractorwillbeheardduring
retractionifthesystemisinautomatic
lockingmode.Ifthebeltdoesnotlock
theseatdowntight,repeattheprevious
stepandalsothisone.
NOTE
Inspectthisfunctionbeforeeachuseofthe

child-restraintsystem.Youshouldnotbe
abletopulltheshoulderbeltoutofthe
retractorwhilethesystemisinthe
automaticlockingmode.Whenyouremove
thechild-restraintsystem,besurethebelt
fullyretractstoreturnthesystemto
emergencylockingmodebeforeoccupants
usetheseatbelts.
