CAUTION
Beforeclosingafrontdoormakesure
otherpassengersarenotoperatinga
reardoorandarearpassenger's
headorhandsareawayfromthe
reardoor.Ifthefrontdoorisclosed
whileapassengerisoperatingthe
reardoorhandle,ahandorfingers
couldbeinjuredifthehandleis
forcedback.Also,arearpassenger
couldhittheirheadagainstthedoor
duringaccesstotherearseat.
Alldoorscanbelocked/unlockedby
operatingthekeylessentrysystem
transmitter,refertoKeylessEntrySystem
(page3-22).

Thepillarlessfreestyledoorsarefrontand
rear-hingedforeaseofingressandegress
totherearseat.
Openingthefreestyledoors

Openthefrontdoorfirst.
Thereardoorcannotbeopenedwhilethe
frontdoorisclosed.

Makesurethefrontseatbeltisunfastened
beforethereardoorisopened.Therear
doorcan'tbeopenedwiththefrontseatbelt
fastenedbecausethefrontseatbeltmay
lock.

Ifanydoorisleftopenformorethanabout
anhour,thefrontseatbeltwilllock,andthe
reardoorcannotbeopened.Ifthis
happens,closealldoorsandopentherear
dooragain.

Front door
Thisvehicleisnotequippedwithchild
safetylocksduetothedesignofthefront
andreardoors.Thereardoorsmustbe
closedbeforethefrontdoors,andtherear
doorscannotbeopeneduntilthefront
doorsareopened.
