STARTING AND OPERATING
The rear axle lock will disengage if the vehicle is taken
outof4L(Low)range,ortheignitionswitchisturnedto
theLOCKposition.
ELECTRONIC SWAY BAR DISCONNECT —  IF
EQUIPPED
Yourvehiclemaybeequippedwithanelectronicdiscon-
necting stabilizer/sway bar. This system allows greater
frontsuspensiontravelinoff-roadsituations.
This system is controlled by the SWAY BAR switch
located on the lower switch bank (below the climate
controls).
SwayBarSwitch
PresstheSWAYBARswitchtoactivatethesystem.Press
theswitchagaintodeactivatethesystem.The“SwayBar
Indicator Light” (located in the instrument cluster) will
illuminatewhenthebarisdisconnected.The“SwayBar
IndicatorLight”willflashduringactivationtransition,or
