fer case in N (Neutral) ensure that the engine is off
priortoshiftingthetransmissionintoPARK(referto
steps8–9above).

Turntheengineoffandturntheignitionswitchtothe

Releasetheparkingbrake.

ShiftingOutofNeutral(N)
Usethefollowingproceduretoprepareyourvehiclefor
Disconnect the negative battery cable, and secure it  normalusage.

Shift the automatic transmission into NEUTRAL or
