CAUTION:
When cleaning the mirror, use a
paper towel or similar material
dampened with glass cleaner. Do
not spray glass cleaner directly on
the mirror as that may cause the
liquid cleaner to enter the mirror
housing.

1.To operate Compass feature
The interior mirror is of the day/night
type to enable the glare of headlights
from following vehicles to be elimi-
nated during night time driving.
The tab located at the bottom of the
mirror should be set to the position
nearestthewindscreenfornormalday
time driving, and flipped towards the
rear of the vehicle to eliminate glare
during night time driving. To adjust the
fieldofvision,themirrormaybemoved
by hand upon the mounting.

displays compass heading of vehicle.

Automatic dimming rear view mirror
controlsautomaticallytheglareofhead-
lights of the car behind you when it
turned on by pushing the "MIRROR"
button.
2."COMP" switch
Push the "COMP" lower part of mirror,
then the vehicle's directional heading
willbedisplayed. Pushingthe"COMP"
again will turn off the display.
It is turned off by pushing the button
once more.
