This light illuminates when there is a
malfunction of an exhaust gas related
component, and the system is not
functioning properly so that the ex-
haust gas regulation values are not sat-
isfied.Thislightwillalsoilluminatewhen
the ignition key is turned to the "ON"
position,andwillgooutinafewseconds.
If it illuminates while driving, or does not
illuminatewhentheignitionkeyisturned
to the "ON" position, take your car to
yournearestauthorizedHyundaidealer
and have the system checked.

The SRS service reminder indicator
SRI) comes on for about 6 seconds
after key is turned to the "ON" position
or after the engine is started, after
which it will go out.
