thefuelsmustalsocontainco-solventsand
corrosioninhibitorsformethanol.Also,donot
usefuelswhichcontainmorethan3%
methanol,eveniftheycontainco-solventsand
corrosioninhibitors.Fuelsystemdamageor
vehicleperformanceproblemsresultingfrom
theuseofsuchfuelsisnottheresponsibilityof
LandRover,andmaynotbecoveredunderthe
warranty.
SULPHURCONTENT
IfyourvehicleisfittedwithaDiesel
ParticulateFilter(DPF),themaximum
Sulphurcontentmustnotexceed
0.005%.
Usinganincorrectfuelwill
causeseriousdamagetotheDPF.
TheSulphurcontentofdieselusedinLand
Rovervehiclesshouldnotexceed0.3%(3000
partspermillion).
Insomecountries,dieselwillcontainhigher
levelsofSulphur,whichwillrequirereduced
serviceintervalstoreducetheeffectson
