NOTE:
In winter conditions where screen
washericingoccurs,awinterscreen
wash additive containing an anti-
freeze component may be used.
Onlyfluidsspecificallyintendedfor
this purpose should be used. En-
sure that undiluted additive is not
spilt upon the vehicle paintwork
and that engine coolant anti-freeze
is not used for this purpose or dam-
age to the paintwork may occur.

Thewindscreenwiperswitchhasthree
positions.
HHP2103-E
Tousethewindscreenwasher,pullthe
wiper/washerlevertowardthesteering
wheel. When the washer lever is oper-
ated, the wipers automatically make
two passes across the windscreen.
The washer continues to operate until
the lever is released.

NOTE:
To prevent damage to the wiper
system,donotattempttowipeaway
heavy accumulations of snow or
ice. Accumulated snow and ice
shouldberemovedmanually.Ifthere
is only a light layer of snow or ice,
operatetheheaterinthedefrostmode
to melt the snow or ice before using
the wiper.
