IfthelightstaysonwhentheTCSisnot
switchedoff,takeyourvehicletoan
AuthorizedMazdaDealer.TheTCSmay
haveamalfunction.
NOTE
Afterstartingtheenginewhenthe
coolanttemperatureisextremelylow,
theTCSisautomaticallyturnedoff.At
thistime,theTCSOFFindicatorlight
willremainon,butthisdoesnot
indicateanabnormality.Afterthe
enginehaswarmed,TCSwillresume
normaloperationandtheindicatorlight
willgoout.
Thisindicatorlightstaysonforafew
secondswhentheignitionswitchisturned
totheONposition.IftheTCSis
operating,theindicatorlightflashes.
Ifthelightstayson,theTCSmayhavea
malfunctionanditmaynotoperate
correctly.Takeyourvehicletoan
AuthorizedMazdaDealer.
qTCSOFFSwitch
NOTE
PresstheTCSOFFswitchtoturnoffthe
TCS.TheTCSOFFindicatorlightwill
illuminate.
Inadditiontotheindicatorlight
l
flashing,aslightluggingsoundwill
comefromtheengine.Thisindicates
thattheTCSisoperatingproperly.
Onslipperysurfaces,suchasfresh
l
snow,itwillbeimpossibleto
achievehighrpmwhentheTCSis
on.
qTCSOFFIndicatorLight
PresstheswitchagaintoturntheTCS
backon.TheTCSOFFindicatorlight
willgoout.
Thisindicatorlightstaysonforafew
secondswhentheignitionswitchisturned
totheONposition.
ItalsocomesonwhentheTCSOFF
switchispressedandTCSisswitchedoff.
