CAUTION
ØWhenfoldingaseatback,always
holdontotheseatbackwithyour
otherhandwhileoperatingthe
lever.Iftheseatbackisnot
supported,itwillflipforward
suddenlyandcouldcauseinjury.
ØAfterentering/exitingthethird-
rowseatarea,returntheseatback
toitsuprightposition.Otherwise,
itcouldmoveunexpectedlyand
causeinjury.

Tocreateaflatluggagecompartment
space,foldtheseatbacksforward.
Whenfoldingaseatback,always
holdontotheseatbackwithyour
otherhandwhileoperatingthelever.
Iftheseatbackisnotsupported,it
willflipforwardsuddenlyandcould
causeinjury.

Unfastenthelapportionofthecenter-
rearseatbelt(page2-30)andstowit
intotheceilingrecess(page2-30).
NOTE
CAUTION
Tocreateaflatluggagecompartmentspace
fromtherearofthevehicletothebackofthe
frontseats,foldthesecond-rowandthird-row
seats(page2-14).
Alwaysunfastenthelapportionof
thebeltbeforefoldingtherear-left
seatback.Leavingthelapportionof
thebeltfastenedcouldcause
damagetotheseatbelt,buckleand
seatback.
