acidwithasolutionofbakingsodaandwater.
Batteriesnormallyproduceexplosivegaseswhichcancause
personalinjury.Therefore,donotallowflames,sparksorlighted
substancestocomenearthebattery.Whenworkingnearthebattery,
alwaysshieldyourfaceandprotectyoureyes.Alwaysprovideproper
ventilation.
Whenliftingaplastic-casedbattery,excessivepressureonthe
endwallscouldcauseacidtoflowthroughtheventcaps,
resultinginpersonalinjuryand/ordamagetothevehicleorbattery.
Liftthebatterywithabatterycarrierorwithyourhandsonopposite
corners.
Keepbatteriesoutofreachofchildren.Batteriescontainsulfuric
acid.Avoidcontactwithskin,eyesorclothing.Shieldyoureyes
whenworkingnearthebatterytoprotectagainstpossiblesplashingof
acidsolution.Incaseofacidcontactwithskinoreyes,flush
immediatelywithwaterforaminimumof15minutesandgetprompt
medicalattention.Ifacidisswallowed,callaphysicianimmediately.

Becauseyourvehicle’sengineiselectronicallycontrolledbyacomputer,
