YoumaypurchaseFordESPfromanyparticipatingFordandLincoln
MercuryandFordofCanadadealer.Thereareseveralplansavailablein
varioustime,distanceanddeductiblecombinationswhichcanbetailored
tofityourowndrivingneeds.FordESPalsooffersreimbursement
benefitsfortowingandrentalcoverage.
WhenyoubuyFordESP,youreceivePeace-of-Mindprotectionthroughout
theUnitedStatesandCanada,providedbyanetworkofmorethan5,000
participatingFordorLincolnMercuryandFordofCanadadealers.

GETTING THE SERVICES YOU NEED

FordMotorCompanyandFordofCanadahaveauthorizeddealershipsto
serviceyourvehicle.ItispreferredthatyoureturntotheForddealer
whereyourvehiclewaspurchasedwhenwarrantyrepairsareneeded.
However,youmayalsotakeyourvehicletoanotherFordMotor
CompanyorFordofCanadadealershipauthorizedforwarrantyrepairs.
Certainwarrantyrepairsrequirespecialtrainingthough,sonotall
dealersareauthorizedtoperformallwarrantyrepairs.Thatmeansthat
dependingonthewarrantyrepairneeded,thevehiclemayneedtobe
takentoanotherdealer.Ifaparticulardealershipcannotassistyou,
thencontacttheCustomerRelationshipCenter.
