When the scan knob is pressed, the
frequencywillincreaseandthereceiv-
able stations will be tuned in one after
another, receiving each station for 5
seconds. To stop scanning, press the
scan knob again.
Pressing the
button changes the
AM, FM1 and FM2 bands. The mode
selected is displayed on LCD.
The radio unit may be operated when
the ignition key is in the "ACC" or "ON"
position. Rotate the knob clockwise to
switchtheradiounitonandtoincrease
the volume.
The LCD shows the radio frequency in
theradiomode.Turntheknobcounter-
clockwise to reduce the volume and to
switch the radio unit off.

Pressthe( )sideor( )sidetoincrease
or to decrease the frequency. With the
buttonhelddownfor1sec.ormore,the
stopsignal(broadcastingradiowave)is
ignored and channel selection contin-
ues.

FAD (Fader Control) Knob
Turnthecontrolknobcounterclockwise
toemphasizefrontspeakersound(rear
speakersoundwillbeattenuated).When
the control knob is turned clockwise,
rearspeakersoundwillbeemphasized
(front speaker sound will be attenu-
ated).
BAL (Balance Control) Knob
SEEK Operation
(Automatic Channel Selection)
Pullandturnthecontrolknobclockwise
to emphasize right speaker sound (left
speakersoundwillbeattenuated).When
thecontrolknobisturnedcounterclock-
wise,leftspeakersoundwillbeempha-
sized (right speaker soundwill be at-
tenuated).
PresstheTUNEselectbuttonfor1sec.
or more. When the ( ) side is pressed,
the unit will automatically tune to the
nexthigherfrequencyandwhenthe( )
side is pressed, it will automatically
tune to the next lower frequency.

BASS Control Knob
Press to pop the knob out and turn to
the left or right for the desired bass
tone.
After adjusting the balance, push the
knob again to use the other function.
TREBLE Control Knob.
Furtherpull-lockpositionofpopped-up
knob. Turn to the left or right for the
desiredtrebletone.
