Pushtheleverofthetoplatchupwith
thepalmofyourhanduntilthelock
buttonclicksandthetoplatchis
locked.
NOTE
Makesuretheconvertibletopis
securelylockedbypushinguponit.If
itstillsoundsloose(rattles)afterbeing
lockedbythetoplatch,haveit
inspectedatanAuthorizedMazda
Dealer.

disconnected,connectthecoupler.

Drivingwiththeconvertibletopnot
fullylockedcoulddamagethe
convertibletop.
Iftheredindicatorisvisibleonthe
unlockbutton,theconvertibletopisnot
locked.Afterlockingtheconvertible
top,verifythattheredindicatorisnot
visible.
