Overloadingavehicleisdangerous.Theresultsofoverloadingcanhaveserious
consequencesintermsofpassengersafety.Toomuchweightonavehicle'ssuspension
systemcancausespringorshockabsorberfailure,brakefailure,handlingorsteering
problems,irregulartirewear,tirefailureorotherdamage.
Overloadingmakesavehiclehardertodriveandcontrol.Italsoincreasesthedistance
requiredforstopping.Incasesofseriousoverloading,brakescanfailcompletely,
particularlyonsteepgrades.Theloadatirewillcarrysafelyisacombinationofthe
sizeofthetire,itsloadrange,andcorrespondinginflationpressure.
Neveroverloadthevehicleandalwaysobservethevehicle'sweightratingsfromthe
vehicle'sSafetyCertificationandTireandLoadInformationlabels.
BaseCurbWeightistheweightofthevehicleincludingafulltankoffuelandall
