seatwhenitisinthefullyrearwardposition.OnlyLATCHboosterseatsandinfantcarriers

withoutuppertetherscanbeusedinthisposition,asthereisnogoodplacetoanchorthe

tetherduetothisvehicle'sdesign.Bothanchorsmustbeusedwheninstallingtheselower

anchoronlychild-restraintsystems,otherwisetheseatwillbouncearoundandputthechild

indanger.

Anunsecuredchild-restraintsystemisdangerous.Inasuddenstoporacollisionit

couldmovecausingseriousinjuryordeathtothechildorotheroccupants.Makesure

anychild-restraintsystemdoesnotrelyonanuppertetherandthenproperlysecure

thosenon-tetheredseatsaccordingtothechild-restraintsystemmanufacturer's

instructions.

itwithaseatbelt,orlatchitdowntoBOTHLATCHloweranchorsforLATCHchild-

restraintsystems.

inasuddenstoporcollisioncausingseriousinjuryordeathtothechildorother

occupants.Wheninstallingthechild-restraintsystem,makesuretherearenoseat

beltsorforeignobjectsnearoraroundtheLATCHloweranchors.Alwaysfollowthe

child-restraintsystemmanufacturer'sinstructions.
