Sittingtooclosetothesideairbagmodulesorplacinghandsonthemisextremely

dangerous.Asideairbaginflateswithgreatforceandspeeddirectlyoutofthe

outboardshoulderoftheseatandexpandsalongthedooronthesidethecarishit.

Seriousinjurycouldoccurifsomeoneissittingtooclosetothedoororleaning

againstawindowintheseats.Furthermore,sleepingupagainstthedoororhanging

outthedriver's-sidewindowwhiledrivingcouldblockthesideairbagandeliminate

theadvantagesofsupplementalprotection.Givethesideairbagsroomtoworkby

sittinginthecenteroftheseatwhilethevehicleismovingwithseatbeltsworn

properly.

FrontAirBagModulesLocatedintheSteeringWheelHubandtheDashboard:

Attachinganobjecttothefrontairbagmodulesorplacingsomethinginfrontofthem

isdangerous.Inanaccident,theobjectcouldinterferewithfrontairbaginflationand

injuretheoccupants.

Alwayskeepthefrontairbagmodulesfreeofobjects.

SideAirBagModules:

Attachingthingstotheseatinsuchawayastocovertheoutboardsideoftheseatin

anywayisdangerous.Inanaccidenttheobjectcouldinterferewiththesideairbag,

whichinflatesfromtheoutboardsideoftheseats,impedingtheaddedprotectionof

thesideairbagsystemorredirectingtheairbaginawaythatisdangerous.

Furthermore,thebagcouldbecutopenspewingexhaust.

Neveruseseatcoversontheseats.Alwayskeepthesideairbagmodulesinyourseats

freetodeployintheeventofasidecollision.

HotAirBagInflators:

Hotairbaginflatorsaredangerous.Immediatelyafterinflation,theinflatorsinthe

steeringwheel,dashboardortheseatbacksareveryhot.Youcouldgetburned.Don't

touchtheinternalcomponentsoftheairbagmodulesafterthebagshaveinflated.

InstallationofFront-EndEquipment:

Installationoffront-endequipment,suchasfrontalprotectionbar(kangaroobar,bull

bar,pushbar,etc.),snowplow,orwinches,isdangerous.Theairbagcrashsensor

systemcouldbeaffected.Thiscouldcauseairbagstoinflateunexpectedly,oritcould

preventtheairbagsfrominflatingduringanaccident.Occupantscouldbeseriously

injured.Neverinstallanyfront-endequipmenttoyourvehicle.
