Opening a door with the Security Alarm activated will
causethealarmtosound.PresstheUNLOCKbuttonto
deactivatetheSecurityAlarm.
1. Gather every transmitter that is to be used with the
vehicle including any transmitters that are currently
programmed.

The “Flash Lights On Lock/Unlock” feature can be
reactivatedbyrepeatingthisprocedure.
2. Enter Program Mode: Turn the ignition to the ON
position,andusingacurrentlyprogrammedtransmitter;
press and hold the ЉUnlockЉ button on the transmitter.
Continuetoholdthe“Unlock”button,waitatleast4but
no longer than 10 seconds, then press and hold the
PANICbuttonforatleast1second.Releasebothbuttons
simultaneously.

NOTE: If vehicle is equipped with the optional Elec-
tronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC) in the instru-
ment cluster, the transmitters may also be programmed
throughtheEVICdisplay.

ProgramEachTransmitter:Alltransmitterstobeused
Upto8transmitterscanbeprogrammedtoyourvehicle.
To obtain additional transmitters, contact your autho-
rizeddealer.Toprogramatransmitter(within23–50feet
withyourvehiclemustbeprogrammedasfollows:
PressandreleasetheЉLockЉandЉUnlockЉbuttonssimul-
taneously,followedbyapressandreleaseofANYbutton
on each transmitter to be programmed.You will hear a
chime when a transmitter has been successfully pro-
grammed.
