Flat tire

Jack up the vehicle by pumping
(indicated by the arrow) until the wheel
is a maximum of 1.2 in (3 cm) from the
ground.
Removing the wheel

Remove the wheel bolts.
! Do not place wheel bolts in sand or dirt. This
could result in damage to the bolt and wheel hub
threads.

Remove the wheel.
The jack is intended only for lifting the

suited for performing maintenance work

Place jack on firm ground.
Make sure no one is injured when removing
the wheel.

is raised.

Position jack under the axle housing,
so that it is always vertical (plumb-line)
as seen from the side, even if the
vehicle is parked on an incline.
Be certain the jack arm is positioned
correctly under the axle housing (axle
must fall into jack contour).
