Onestepdoorunlocking
Iftheonestepdoorunlockingfeatureisactivated,press
andrelease
oncetounlockallofthedoors,theliftgateandliftgateglass.Note:The
interiorlampswillilluminate(refertotheIlluminatedentryfeature
laterinthissection),ifthecontrolontheoverheadlampisintheDOOR
position.
Switchingfromtwosteptoonestepdoorunlocking
Unlockingcanbeswitchedbetweentwostepandonestepdoor
unlockingbypressingandholdingboth
and
buttons
simultaneouslyontheremoteentrytransmitterforapproximatelyfour
seconds.Theturnsignalwillflashtwicetoindicatethatthevehiclehas
switchedtoonestepunlocking.Repeattheproceduretoswitchbackto
twostepunlocking.
Locking the doors
1.
Press
andreleasetolockallthedoors.Assumingallvehicledoors
andtheliftgateareproperlyclosed,theparkinglampswillilluminate.
2.
Press
andreleaseagainwithinthreesecondstoconfirmthatallthe
doorsandliftgateareclosedandlocked.Note:Thedoorswilllockagain
andthehornwillchirponce.
Ifanyofthedoorsortheliftgatearenotproperlyclosed,thehornwill
chirptwiceandturnlampswillnotilluminatewhenthe
pressed.

Opening the liftgate glass (if equipped)
Press
twicewithinthreesecondstoopentheliftgateglass.
Car finder
Press
twicewithinthreeseconds.Thehornwillchirpandtheturn
lampswillflash.Itisrecommendedthatthismethodbeusedtolocate
yourvehicle,ratherthanusingthepanicalarm.
Sounding a panic alarm
Press
toactivatethealarm.Todeactivatethefeature,pressthe
controlagain,turntheignitiontotheonorstartposition,orwaitforthe
alarmtotimeoutinapproximatelythreeminutes.
Note:Thepanicalarmwillonlyoperatewhentheignitionisintheoff
position.
