Autolock
Theautolockfeaturewilllockallthedoors,liftgateandliftgatewindow
when:
•

alldoorsareclosed,
theignitionisintheonposition,
youshiftintoanygearputtingthevehicleinmotion,and
thevehicleattainsaspeedgreaterthan12mph(20km/h).
Theautolockfeaturerepeatswhen:
•
anydoorisopenedthenclosedwhiletheignitionisintheonposition
andthevehiclespeedis9mph(15km/h)orlower,and
•
thevehicleattainsaspeedgreaterthan12mph(20km/h).
Deactivating/activatingautolock
Yourvehiclecomeswiththeautolockfeatureenabled.Therearefour
methodstoenable/disablethisfeature:

Throughyourauthorizeddealer,or
Performingthepowerdoorlockcontrolprocedure,or
Performingthekeylessentrykeypad(ifequipped)procedure,or
Performingthemessagecenter(ifequipped)procedure.
Note:Theautolockfeaturecanbeactivated/deactivatedindependently
oftheautounlockfeature.
Beforefollowingtheactivationordeactivationprocedures,makesure
thattheanti-theftsystemisnotarmed,ignitionisintheoffposition,and
allvehicledoors,liftgateandliftgatewindowareclosed.
Powerdoorunlock/lockprocedure
YoumustcompleteSteps1-5within30secondsortheprocedurewill
havetoberepeated.Iftheprocedureneedstoberepeated,youmust
wait30seconds.
Note:Alldoorsmustbeclosedandremainclosedthroughoutthe
configurationprocess.
