IfyourvehicleisequippedwiththeSPIengine,movethe
gearshiftleverfullytotheright,thenbackintoR(Reverse).

Ifyourvehicleisequipped
withtheZetecengineor2.3L
engine,youmustliftthelocking
ring(1),thenmovethegearshift
leverfullytotheright,thenback
intoR(Reverse)(2).
Parking your vehicle

Applythebrakeandshiftintotheneutralposition.
Fullyapplytheparkingbrake,thenshiftinto1(First).
Turntheignitionoff.
DonotparkyourvehicleinNeutral,itmaymoveunexpectedly
andinjuresomeone.Use1(First)gearandsettheparkingbrake
fully.
Removing the key
Turntheignitiontoposition1(LOCK)andremovethekey.
