forstationsbroadcastingaparticularprogramtype.Thereare30
differentpossibleprogramtypes,somebeing:News,Inform,Sports,Talk,
Rock,Country,Jazz,etc.Ifnostationisfoundbroadcastingtheselected
programtype,NOPTYwillappearinthedisplayattheendofthesearch
Display/brightness:Adjuststhebrightnesslevelofthedisplay.Youmay
adjustthesettingto:DAY/NIGHT,DIMDAY,DIMNIGHTorANGLE.
Automaticvolumecontrol(AVC):Radiovolumechanges
automaticallywithvehiclespeedtocompensateforroadandwindnoise.
SelectVOLUMEandpressENTER.SelectAVC,thenpressENTER.
Statusclock:WhenON,thetimeisshowninthelowerlefthandcorner
ofthedisplay.SelectCLOCKandpressENTER.SelectSTATUSCLOCK
andpressENTER.Turnthecontroltoturnthefeatureon/off.Ifthe
largeclockdisplayisON,itwillbeautomaticallytoggledtoOFF.
PressingCLKwilltogglebetweenthetwo.
Mainclock:Whenselected,thetimeappearsinthedisplaywhenthe
audioisoffbuttheignitionison.SelectMAINCLOCKandpress
ENTER.Turnthecontroltoturnon/off.PressBACKtosavethesetting.
Setclock:Tosetthetime,select
CLOCKandpressENTER.Select
SETCLOCKandpressENTER.
EachpressoftheENTERcontrol

willtogglebetweenminutesand
hours.Turnthecontrolto
increase/decreasethehours/minutes.PressBACKtoexitthesetting.
Note:Theclockonlyoperatesin12hourmode.TochangebetweenAM
andPM,cyclethroughthehoursuntilthedesiredhourisreached.
Defaultreset:Toresetallsettingstotheirdefaultvalues,select
DEFAULTRESETandpressENTER.Turnthecontroltoselectyesor
no.Ifyesisselected,theaudiounitwillreturntoallofitsdefault
settings.
