fromStep1foreachadditionalkey.
PERIMETER ALARM SYSTEM (IF  EQUIPPED)
Theperimeteranti-theftsystemwillwarnyouintheeventofan
unauthorizedentrytoyourvehicle.
Ifthereisanypotentialperimeteranti-theftproblemwithyourvehicle,
ensureALLremoteentrytransmittersaretakentothedealershipto
aidintroubleshooting.
Arming the system
Whenarmed,thissystemwillrespondifunauthorizedentryis
attempted.Whenunauthorizedentryoccurs,thesystemwillflashthe
park/turnlampsandwillsoundthehorn.
Thesystemisreadytoarmwheneverthekeyisremovedfromthe
ignition.Eitherofthefollowingactionswillprearmthealarmsystem:

Pressthe
controlontheremoteentrytransmitter.
Lockthedoorswiththekeyinthekeycylinder.
Openadoorandpressthepowerdoorlockcontroltolockallthe
doors,andthenclosethedoor.
Disarming the system
Youcandisarmthesystembyanyofthefollowingactions:

Unlockthedoorsbypressingthe
transmitter.
controlonyourremoteentry
Unlockthedoorswithakey.Turnthekeyfulltravel(towardthefront
ofthevehicle)toensurethealarmdisarms.
Triggeringtheanti-theftsystem
Thearmedsystemwillbetriggeredifanydoor,liftgate/trunkorthehood
isopenedwithoutusingthekeyortheremoteentrytransmitter.
