UNDERSTANDINGTHEFEATURESOFYOURVEHICLE
InteriorlightDefeat(OFF)
Rotate the dimmer control to the
AutomaticHeadlights—IfEquipped
This system automatically turns
OFF position (extreme bottom).
Theinteriorlightswillremainoff
when the doors or liftgate are
open.
yourheadlightsONorOFFbased
on ambient light levels. To turn
thesystemON,turntheheadlight
switch to the extreme counter-
clockwiseposition.Whenthesys-
tem is ON, the Headlight Time
Delay feature is also ON. This
means your headlights will stay
ParadeMode(DaytimeBrightnessFeature)
ON for up to 90 seconds after you turn the ignition
switchOFF.ToturntheAutomaticSystemOFF,turnthe
headlightswitchclockwisetotheOFFposition.
Rotate the dimmer control to the
firstdetent.Thisfeaturebrightens
theodometer,radioandoverhead
displays when the park lights or
headlightsareon.
NOTE: The engine must be running before the head-
lightswillcomeONintheAutomaticmode.
