By pressing the SCAN button when the PTY icon is
displayed,theradiowillstopateveryPTYstationonthe
band and list each corresponding program type in the
radiodisplay.

Press the TIME button to change  the display from
elapsedCDplayingtimetotimeofday.
By pressing the SEEK button when the PTY icon is
displayed,theradiowillbetunedtothenextfrequency
station with the same selected PTY name. The PTY
functiononlyoperateswhenintheFMmode.

Refer to the Satellite Radio  section of the Owner’s
Manual.
Theradiodisplaywillflash“SEEK”andtheselectedPTY
programtypewhensearchingforthenextPTYstation.If
nostationisfoundwiththeselectedPTYprogramtype,
theradiowillreturntothelaststation.
CDDiagnosticIndicators
Whendrivingoveraveryroughroad,theCDplayermay
skipmomentarily.Skippingwillnotdamagethediscor
theplayer,andplaywillresumeautomatically.
IfapresetbuttonisactivatedwhileinthePTY(Program
Type)mode,thePTYmodewillbeexitedandtheradio
willtunetothepresetstation.
AsasafeguardandtoprotectyourCDplayer,oneofthe
followingwarningsymbolsmayappearonyourdisplay.
