UNDERSTANDINGTHEFEATURESOFYOURVEHICLE
ToActivate:
ToSetAtADesiredSpeed:
Pushthe“ON/OFF”buttononceandtheCRUISEindi-
catorlocatedbelowtheinstrumentclusterodometerwill
illuminateshowingtheelectronicspeedcontrolsystemis
on.ToturnthesystemOFF,pushthe“ON/OFF”button
againandthesystemandindicatorwillturnoff.
When the vehicle has reached the desired speed, press
andreleasethe“SET”button.Releasetheacceleratorand
thevehiclewilloperateattheselectedspeed.
ToDeactivate:
Asoft tap on the brake pedal, pushing the “CANCEL”
buttonornormalbrakingwhileslowingthevehiclewill
deactivate the speed control without erasing the set
speed memory. Pushing the “ON/OFF” button to the
OFF position or turning off the ignition erases the set
speedmemory.
WARNING!
Leaving the Electronic Speed Control system on
whennotinuseisdangerous.Youcouldaccidently
setthesystemorcauseittogofasterthanyouwant.
Youcouldlosecontrolandhaveanaccident.Always
leavethesystemOFFwhenyouaren’tusingit.
ToResumeSpeed:
To resume a previously set speed, push and release the
“
RESUME/ACCEL”button.Resumecanbeusedatany
speedabove25mph(40km/h).
