thetapefromanydamage.Whenpowerisrestoredtothe
tapeplayer,thepinchrollerwillautomaticallyreengage
andthetapewillresumeplay.
Press the RW button down momentarily to reverse the
tape direction. The tape will rewind until the button is
pressed again or until the beginning of the tape is
reached.Atthebeginningofthetape,thetapewillplay
intheoppositedirection.
DolbyNoiseReduction
TheDolbyNoiseReductionSystem*isonwhen-
everthetapeplayerison,butmaybeswitched
on/off.

Press the EJT TAPE button and the cassette will disen-
gageandejectfromtheradio.
ToturntheDolbyNoiseReductionSystemon/off:Press
theDolbyNRbutton(button2)afteryouinsertthetape.
TheNRlightinthedisplaywillgooffwhentheDolby
Systemisoff.
MetalTapeSelection(70µs)
Ifastandard70µ(metal)tapeisinsertedintotheplayer,
theplayerwillautomaticallyselectthecorrectequaliza-
tion.
