TheRearParkAssistSystemprovidesvisualandaudible
indicationsofthedistancebetweentherearfasciaandthe

ServiceElecBrakeSystem
Thismessagewillbedisplayedifaconditionexiststhat
mayrequireservicingtheelectronicbrakesystem.When
thismessageisdisplayedandthe“ESPIndicatorLight”
is on, there is a malfunction of the ESP System. If the
“SERVICEELECBRAKESYSTEM”messagecontinuesto
bedisplayedafterseveralignitioncyclesandthevehicle
has been driven several miles at speeds greater than 30
mph(48km/h),seeyourauthorizeddealerforservice.
The Rear Park Assist System will remember the last
systemstate(enabledordisabled)fromthelastignition
cycle when the ignition is changed to the RUN/ON
position.
