Oncetheliftgateflipperglasshasbeenopened,connec-
tiontotherearwindowwiperisinterrupted,preventing
activationoftherearwiperbladewhiletheflipperglass
isopen.
POWERWINDOWS
The power window controls are located on the driver’s
door trim panel. There is a single switch on the front
passenger door/rear doors which operates the front
passenger/rearpassengerdoorwindows.

NOTE:
If a power malfunction to the power liftgate
latch should occur, an emergency liftgate latch release
canbeusedtoopentheliftgate.Theemergencyliftgate
latch release can be accessed through a snap-in cover
locatedontheliftgatetrimpanel.
WARNING!
Driving with the flipper glass open can allow poi-
sonousexhaustgasesintoyourvehicle.Youandyour
passengers could be injured by these fumes. Keep
theflipperglassclosedwhenyouareoperatingthe
vehicle.
