Torelease,pressandholdthebutton(2),pullthehandleupslightly,
thenpushthehandledown.
Alwayssettheparkingbrakefullyandmakesurethatthe
gearshiftissecurelylatchedinP(Park)(automatic
transmission)orin1(First)(manualtransmission).
Iftheparkingbrakeisfullyreleased,butthebrakewarninglamp
remainsilluminated,thebrakesmaynotbeworkingproperly.
