Theremoteentrysystemallowsyou
tolockorunlockallvehicledoors
withoutakey.Theremotelocking
andunlockingfeatureswilloperate
independentoftheignitionposition;
however,thepanicfeaturewillonly
operatewhentheignitionisinthe1
(LOCK)or2(ACCESSORY)
position.
Ifthereareproblemswiththe
remoteentrysystem,makesureto
takeALLremoteentrytransmitterswithyoutotheauthorizeddealer
inordertoaidintroubleshootingtheproblem.
Two step door unlocking
1.
Press
andreleasetounlockthedriver’sdoor.Note:Theinterior
lampswillilluminateifthecontrolontheoverheadlampisintheDOOR
positionandtheperimeteralarmsystem(ifequipped)willdeactivate.
2.
Press
andreleaseagainwithinthreesecondstounlockthe
passengerdoors,theliftgateandliftgateglass.
Thebatterysaverfeaturewillturnofftheinteriorlamps30minutesafter
theignitionisturnedtothe1(OFF/LOCK)position.
Onestepdoorunlocking
Iftheonestepdoorunlockingfeatureisactivated,press
andrelease
oncetounlockallofthedoors,theliftgateandliftgateglass.Note:The
interiorlampswillilluminate(refertotheIlluminatedentryfeature
laterinthissection),ifthecontrolontheoverheadlampisintheDOOR
positionandtheperimeteralarmsystem(ifequipped)willdeactivate.
Switchingfromtwosteptoonestepdoorunlocking
Unlockingcanbeswitchedbetweentwostepandonestepdoor
unlockingbypressingandholdingboth
and
buttons
simultaneouslyontheremoteentrytransmitterforapproximately4
seconds.Theparklampswillflashtwicetoindicatethatthevehiclehas
switchedtoonestepunlocking.Repeattheproceduretoswitchbackto
twostepunlocking.
