Toopentheliftgate,pulltheleft
sideoftheliftgatehandle.

Donotopentheliftgateor
liftgateglassinagarageorother
enclosedareawithalowceiling.
Iftheliftgateglassisraisedand
theliftgateisalsoopened,both
liftgateandglasscouldbe
damagedagainstalowceiling.
•
Donotleavetheliftgateorliftgateglassopenwhiledriving.Doingso
couldcauseseriousdamagetotheliftgateanditscomponentsaswell
asallowingcarbonmonoxidetoenterthevehicle.
Makesurethattheliftgatedoorand/orwindowareclosedto
preventexhaustfumesfrombeingdrawnintothevehicle.
Exhaustfumescontaincarbonmonoxidewhichcaninjureyourlungs
andcausedrowsinessandevendeath.Thiswillalsoprevent
passengersandcargofromfallingout.Ifyoumustdrivewiththe
liftgatedoororwindowopen,keeptheventsopensooutsideaircomes
intothevehicle.

Ifyourvehiclehasacargoshade,youcanuseittocoveritemsinthe
cargoareaofyourvehicle.
