Yourvehicleisequippedwithanintelligent4WDSystemthat
continuouslymonitorsvehicleconditionsandautomaticallyadjuststhe
powerdistributionbetweenthefrontandrearwheels.Itcombines
transparentall-surfaceoperationwithhighlycapablefour-wheeldrive.
The4WDsystemisalwaysactiveandrequiresnodriverinput.Itis
capableofhandlingallroadconditions,includingstreetandhighway
drivingaswellasoff-roadandwinterdriving.
Duringveryextremeoff-roadevents,the4WDsystemhasaheat
protectionmodetoprotectitselffromdamage.Ifthesystemdetectsan
overheatcondition,itwillenteralockedmode.Iftheheatinthe4WD
systemcontinuestoriseinlockedmode,itwilldisableitself.Toexitheat
protectionmode,simplystopthevehicleandallowittocoolforfive
minuteswiththekeyinthe3(RUN)position.
