Replacing lost remote entry  transmitters
Ifyouwouldliketohaveyourremoteentrytransmitterreprogrammed
becauseyoulostone,orwouldliketobuyadditionalremoteentry
transmitters,youcaneitherreprogramthemyourself,ortakeall
remoteentrytransmitterstoyourauthorizeddealerfor
reprogramming.
Howtoreprogramyourremoteentrytransmitters
Youmusthaveallremoteentrytransmitters(maximumoffour)
availablebeforebeginningthisprocedure.Ifallremoteentrytransmitters
arenotpresentduringtheprogrammingprocedure,thetransmittersthat
arenotpresentduringprogrammingwillnolongeroperatethevehicle.
Note:Ensurethebrakepedalisnotdepressedduringthissequence.
Toreprogramtheremoteentrytransmitters:
1.

Ensurethevehicleiselectronicallyunlocked.
Putthekeyintheignition.
Turnthekeyfromthe1(off)
positionto3(on).
4.
Cycleeighttimesrapidly(within
seconds)betweenthe1(off)
10
positionand3(on).
Note:Theeighthturnmustendin
the3(on)position.
5.
Thedoorswilllock,thenunlock,
toconfirmthattheprogrammingmodehasbeenactivated.
6.
Within20secondspressanybuttonontheremoteentrytransmitter.
Note:Ifmorethan20secondshavepassedyouwillneedtostartthe
procedureoveragain.
7.
Thedoorswilllock,thenunlock,toconfirmthatthisremoteentry
transmitterhasbeenprogrammed.
8.
9.
RepeatStep6toprogrameachadditionalremoteentrytransmitter.
Turntheignitiontothe1(off)positionafteryouhavefinished
programmingalloftheremoteentrytransmitters.
Thedoorswilllock,thenunlock,toconfirmthattheprogramming
modehasbeenexited.
