whichwillreduceexhaustemissionsandkeepsparkplugfoulingtoaminimum.

Leadedfuelisharmfultothecatalyticconverterandoxygensensorsandwilllead
todeteriorationoftheemissioncontrolsystemandorfailures.
ØYourvehiclecanonlyuseoxygenatedfuelscontainingnomorethan10%ethanol
byvolume.Damagetoyourvehiclemayoccurwhenethanolexceedsthis
recommendation,orifthegasolinecontainsanymethanol.Stopusinggasoholof
anykindifyourvehicleengineisperformingpoorly.
ØNeveraddfuelsystemadditives.Neveraddcleaningagentsotherthanthose
specifiedbyMazda.Othercleaningagentsandadditivesmaydamagethesystem.

Gasolineblendedwithoxygenatessuchasalcoholorethercompoundsaregenerally
referredtoasoxygenatedfuels.Thecommongasolineblendthatcanbeusedwithyour
vehicleisethanolblendedatnomorethan10%.Gasolinecontainingalcohol,suchas
ethanolormethanol,maybemarketedunderthename“Gasohol”.
Vehicledamageanddrivabilityproblemsresultingfromtheuseofthefollowingmaynot
becoveredbytheMazdawarranty.
