BBBAUTOLINEandMazdahavebeencertifiedbytheArbitrationCertification
ProgramoftheCaliforniaDepartmentofConsumerAffairs.

IfyouhaveaproblemarisingunderaMazdawrittenwarranty,weencourageyouto
bringittoourattention.Ifweareunabletoresolveit,youmayfileaclaimwithBBB
AUTOLINE.ClaimsmustbefiledwithBBBAUTOLINEwithinsix(6)monthsafter
theexpirationofthewarranty.

call.
InordertofileaclaimwithBBBAUTOLINE,youwillhavetoprovideyournameand
address,thebrandnameandvehicleidentificationnumber(VIN)ofyourvehicle,anda
statementofthenatureofyourproblemorcomplaint.Youwillalsobeaskedtoprovide:
theapproximatedateofyouracquisitionofthevehicle,thevehicle'scurrentmileage,the
approximatedateandmileageatthetimeanyproblem(s)werefirstbroughttothe
attentionofMazdaoroneofourdealers,andastatementofthereliefyouareseeking.

BBBAUTOLINEstaffmaytrytohelpresolveyourdisputethroughmediation.If
mediationisnotsuccessful,orifyoudonotwishtoparticipateinmediation,claims
withintheprogram'sjurisdictionmaybepresentedtoanarbitratorataninformal
hearing.Thearbitrator'sdecisionshouldordinarilybeissuedwithin40daysfromthe
timeyourcomplaintisfiled;theremaybeadelayof7daysifyoudidnotfirstcontact
Mazdaaboutyourproblem,oradelayofupto30daysifthearbitratorrequestsan
