onyourMazdahavemetricthreads,
usinganon-metricnutisdangerous.
Onametricstud,itwouldnotsecure
thewheelandwoulddamagethestud,
whichcouldcausethewheeltoslipoff
andcauseanaccident.Besureto
reinstallthesamenutsyouremovedor
replacethemwithmetricnutsofthe
sameconfiguration.
Atirepressuresensorisnotinstalledto
thetemporarysparetire.Thewarning
lightwillflashcontinuouslywhilethe
temporarysparetireisbeingused(page
5-22).
NOTE
Topreventthejackandtoolfrom
rattling,storethemproperly.
IncorrectTireAirPressure:
Drivingontireswithincorrectair
pressureisdangerous.Tireswith
incorrectpressurecouldaffect
handlingandresultinanaccident.
Don'tdrivewithanytiresthathave
incorrectairpressure.Whenyou
checktheregulartires'airpressure,
checkthesparetire,too.

hold-downbolttoholditinplace.
