FasteningtheRear-CenterSeatBelt
withOnlyOneBuckle:
Fasteningtherear-centerseatbelt
withonlyonebuckleisdangerous.If
onlyonepairofseatbelttongueand
buckle,eithertongue(A)andanchor
buckle(B)ortongue(C)andanchor
buckle(D),isfastened,theseatbelt
cannotprovidefullprotection.Ina
suddenstoporcollision,theuser
couldslideunderthebeltandsuffer
seriousinjuries.Alwaysmakesure
thatbothpairsofseatbelttonguesand
bucklesarefastenedproperly.
qUnfasteningtheLapPortionof
theSeatBelt
PositioningtheShoulderPortionof
theSeatBelt:
Insertasmallobjectsuchasakeyinthe
anchorbuckle(B)slot.
Improperpositioningoftheshoulder
portionoftheseatbeltisdangerous.
Alwaysmakesuretheshoulder
portionoftheseatbeltispositioned
acrossyourshoulderandnearyour
neck,butneverunderyourarm,on
yourneck,oronyourupperarm.

fittedagainstyourbody.
WARNING
CAUTION
PositioningtheLapPortionofthe
SeatBelt:
Alwaysunfastenthelapportionofthe
beltbeforefoldingtherear-left
seatback.Leavingthelapportionofthe
beltfastenedcouldcausedamagetothe
seatbelt,buckleandseatback.
Thelapportionoftheseatbeltworn
toohighisdangerous.Inacollision,
thiswouldconcentratetheimpact
forcedirectlyontheabdominalarea,
causingseriousinjury.Wearthelap
portionofthebeltsnuglyandaslow
aspossible.
