anon-abrasivecleanersuchasMotorcraftUltra-ClearSprayGlass
Cleaner(ZC-23),availablefromyourauthorizeddealer.

Thewiperbladescanbecleanedwithisopropyl(rubbing)alcoholor
MotorcraftPremiumWindshieldWasherConcentrate(ZC-32–A),
availablefromyourauthorizeddealer.Thiswasherfluidcontains
specialsolutioninadditiontoalcoholwhichhelpstoremovethehot
waxdepositedonthewiperbladeandwindshieldfromautomatedcar
washfacilities.Besuretoreplacewiperbladeswhentheyappear
wornordonotfunctionproperly.

Donotuseabrasives,astheymaycausescratches.
Donotusefuel,kerosene,orpaintthinnertocleananyparts.
Ifyoucannotremovethosestreaksaftercleaningwiththeglasscleaner
orifthewiperschatterandmoveinajerkymotion,cleantheouter
surfaceofthewindshieldandthewiperbladesusingaspongeorsoft
clothwithaneutraldetergentormild-abrasivecleaning.Aftercleaning,
rinsethewindshieldandwiperbladeswithcleanwater.Thewindshield
iscleanifbeadsdonotformwhenyourinsethewindshieldwithwater.
Donotusesharpobjects,suchasarazorblade,tocleanthe
insideoftherearwindowortoremovedecals,asitmaycause
damagetotherearwindowdefroster’sheatedgridlines.
INSTRUMENT PANEL AND CLUSTER LENS
Cleantheinstrumentpanelwithadampcloth,thenwithaclean,dry
cloth,oruseMotorcraftDash&VinylCleaner(ZC-38-A).

Avoidcleanersorpolishthatincreasetheglossoftheupperportionof
theinstrumentpanel.Thedullfinishinthisareahelpsprotectthe
driverfromundesirablewindshieldreflection.
Donotusechemicalsolventsorstrongdetergentswhencleaning
thesteeringwheelorinstrumentpaneltoavoidcontaminationof
theairbagsystem.

Becertaintowashorwipeyourhandscleanifyouhavebeenin
contactwithcertainproductssuchasinsectrepellentandsuntan
lotioninordertoavoidpossibledamagetotheinteriorpainted
surfaces.
