Power door lock/unlock inhibit feature
Asatheftdeterrent,thepowerdoorlockcontrolsandtheinteriortrunk
releasecontrolcanbedisabled20secondsaftertheignitionhasbeen
turnedtothe1(LOCK)positionandthevehicleislockedusinganyof
thefollowing:

RemoteentrytransmitterportionofyourIntegratedKeyhead
Transmitter,or
Driverpowerdoorlockcontrol(Note:Thedriver’sdoormustbe
open,thenclosed).
Thedoorlockcontrolsarereenabledwhenanyofthefollowingoccurs:

UnlockusingtheremoteentrytransmitterportionofyourIKT,
Openinganydoorfromtheinteriorofthevehicle,or
Turningthekeyintheignitiontothe3(RUN)position.
Note:Thisfeatureisconfiguredoffbydefault.Thisfeaturecanbe
turnedonoroffusingthefollowingprocedure:
Beforestarting,ensuretheignitionisinthe1(LOCK)positionandall
vehicledoorsareclosed.YoumustcompleteSteps1–5within30seconds
ortheprocedurewillhavetoberepeated.Iftheprocedureneedstobe
repeated,waitaminimumof30secondsbeforebeginningagain.

Placethekeyintheignitionandturntheignitiontothe3(RUN)
position.

Pressthepowerdoorunlockcontrolonthedoorpanelthreetimes.
Turntheignitionfromthe3(RUN)positiontothe1(LOCK)position.
Pressthepowerdoorunlockcontrolonthedoorpanelthreetimes.
Turntheignitionbacktothe3(RUN)position.Thehornwillchirp
onetimetoconfirmprogrammingmodehasbeenenteredandisactive.

Pressthepowerdoorlockcontrolonthedoorpaneltwotimeswithin
fiveseconds.Thehornwillchirponetimetoconfirmthefeatureisoff;
thehornwillchirponetimeandhonkonetimetoconfirmthefeatureis
on.
7.
Thehornwillchirponetimetoconfirmtheprogrammingmodehasbeen
exited.
Turntheignitionfromthe3(RUN)positiontothe1(LOCK)position.
Repeattheproceduretoturnthefeatureonoroff.
