Unlocking the doors/two stage unlock
1.
Press
andreleasetounlockthedriver’sdoor.Note:Theinterior
lampswillilluminate.
2.
Press
andreleaseagainwithinfivesecondstounlockallthedoors.
Theremoteentrysystemactivatestheilluminatedentryfeature;this
featureturnsonthelampsfor25secondsoruntiltheignitionisturned
tothe3(RUN)position.
Theinsidelightswillnotturnoffif:

theyhavebeenturnedonusingthedimmercontrolor
anydoorisopen.
Thebatterysaverfeaturewillturnofftheinteriorlamps30minutesafter
theignitionisturnedtothe1(LOCK)position.
Twostageunlockingmaybedisabledorre-enabledbysimultaneously
pressingthe
and
controlsontheIKTforfourseconds(disabling
twostageunlockallowsallvehicledoorstounlocksimultaneously).The
turnlampswillflashtwicetoindicatethattwo-stageunlockwasenabled
ordisabled.
Locking the doors
1.
Press
andreleasetolockallthedoors.Theturnlampswillflash.
2.
Press
andreleaseagainwithinthreesecondstoconfirmthatall
thedoorsareclosed.Note:Thedoorswilllockagain,thehornwillchirp
andtheturnlampswillflashonceifallthedoorsandtrunkareclosed.
Note:Ifanydoororthetrunkisnotclosed,orifthehoodisnotclosed
invehiclesequippedwiththeperimeteralarmfeature,thehornwill
chirptwiceandthelampswillnotflash.
Sounding a panic alarm
Press
toactivatethealarm.Thehornwillsoundandtheturnlamps
willflashforamaximumof3minutes.Pressagainorturntheignitionto
the3(RUN)positiontodeactivate,orwaitforthealarmtotimeoutin3
minutes.
Note:Thepanicalarmwillonlyoperatewhentheignitionisinthe1
(LOCK)position.
Opening the trunk
Press
oncetoopenthetrunk.
