Windscreen Washer Operation

Adjustable Intermittent Wiper
Operation
o Do not operate the washer more
than15secondsatatimeorwhen
the fluid reservoir is empty.
o Inicyorfreezingweather,besure
the wiper blades are not frozen to
the glass prior to operating the
wipers.
o In areas where water freezes in
winter,usewindscreenwasheran-
tifreeze.
Single Sweep Operation

To use the windshield washer, pull the
wiper/washerlevertowardthesteering
wheel.

To use the intermittent wiper feature,
place the wiper switch in the "INT"
position. With the switch in this posi-
tion,theintervalbetweenwipescanbe
varied from approximately 1 to 18 sec-
onds by turning the interval adjuster
barrel.
Type A
Whenthewasherleverisoperated,the
wipersautomaticallymaketwopasses
across the windshield (If insatalled).
Type B
Towipeoffthewindshieldwasher,you
will have to additionally activate the
windshieldwiper.

If a single wipe is desired, push the
windscreen wiper and washer control
leverupwards.
The washer continues to operate until
the lever is released.
