nates, you should stop and check your tires as soon as
possible,andinflatethemtotheproperpressure.Driving
on a significantly under-inflated tire causes the tire to
overheatandcanleadtotirefailure.Under-inflationalso
reducesfuelefficiencyandtiretreadlife,andmayaffect
thevehicle’shandlingandstoppingability.
TheABSwarninglightshouldbecheckedfrequentlyto
assurethatitisoperatingproperly.Turntheignitionkey
totheonposition,butdonotstartthevehicle.Thelight
shouldcomeon.Ifthelightdoesnotcomeon,havethe
systemcheckedbyanauthorizeddealer.

Each tire, including the spare (if provided),
should be checked monthly when cold and
