3. Ifthewords“Time:UserClock”aredisplayedatthe
top of the screen, touch the bottom of the screen where
the words “User Clock” are displayed. The GPS time 4
settingmenuwillappearonthescreen.
ClockSettingProcedure
The GPS receiver in this system is synchronized to the
time data being transmitted by the GPS satellites. The
satellites’clockisGreenwichMeanTime(GMT).Thisis
the worldwide standard for time. This makes the sys-
tem’sclockveryaccurateoncetheappropriatetimezone
anddaylightsavingsinformationisset.
4. Touchthescreenwherethewords“SetTimeZone”are
displayed.Thetimezoneselectionmenuwillappearon
thescreen.

Selectatimezonebytouchingthescreenwhereyour
selectionappears.Ifyoudonotseeatimezonethatyou
wanttoselect,touchthescreenwheretheword“Page”is
displayedtoviewadditionaltimezonesinthemenu.
