Transmission in NEUTRAL Position — When the
ignition is ON, and the transmission is in the NEU-
TRAL position, the Rain Sensing system will not
operateuntilthewiperswitchismoved,vehiclespeed
is greater than 5 mph (8 km/h), or the shift lever is
movedoutoftheNEUTRALposition.
TILT/TELESCOPINGSTEERINGCOLUMN
This feature allows you to tilt the steering column
upwardordownward.Italsoallowsyoutolengthenor
shortenthesteeringcolumn.Thetilt/telescopingleveris
located below the steering wheel at the end of the
steeringcolumn.
Tilt/TelescopingLever
Tounlockthesteeringcolumn,pushtheleverdownward
(towardthefloor).Totiltthesteeringcolumn,movethe
steering wheel upward or downward as desired. To
lengthenorshortenthesteeringcolumn,pullthesteering
