Herearesometipsforgettingthemostoutofyourchild
restraint:
restraintandslidethelatchplateintothebuckle.Then,
pulltheshoulderbeltuntilitisfullyextendedfromthe
retractor. Allow the belt to return into the retractor,
pulling on the excess webbing to tighten the lap
portion around the child restraint. For additional

Beforebuyinganyrestraintsystem,makesurethatit
hasalabelcertifyingthatitmeetsallapplicableSafety
Standards.ChryslerGroupLLCalsorecommendsthat
youtryachildrestraintinthevehicleseatswhereyou
willuseitbeforeyoubuyit.

The restraint must be appropriate for your child’s
weightandheight.Checkthelabelontherestraintfor
weightandheightlimits.

Buckle the child into the restraint exactly as the
manufacturer’sinstructionstellyou.
Whenyourchildrestraintisnotinuse,secureitinthe
vehiclewiththeseatbeltorremoveitfromthevehicle.
Donotleaveitlooseinthevehicle.Inasuddenstopor
accident,itcouldstriketheoccupantsorseatbacksand
causeseriouspersonalinjury.
Carefully follow the instructions that come with the
restraint.Ifyouinstalltherestraintimproperly,itmay
notworkwhenyouneedit.
The second row seating positions are equipped with
Automatic Locking Retractors (ALR). To install child
restraint seats pull the belt from the retractor until
thereisenoughallowancetopassitthroughthechild
