Avoidusingthewiperbladestowipefrostoricefromthe fluid level at regular intervals. Fill the reservoir with
windshield. Keep the blade rubber out of contact with windshieldwashersolventonly(notradiatorantifreeze).

When refilling the washer fluid reservoir, take some
washer fluid and apply it to a cloth or towel and wipe
cleanthewiperblades,thiswillhelpbladeperformance.
Topreventfreeze-upofyourwindshieldwashersystem
incoldweather,selectasolutionormixturethatmeetsor
exceeds the temperature range of your climate. This
rating information can be found on most washer fluid
containers.
NOTE: Lifeexpectancyofwiperbladesvariesdepend-
ing on geographical area and frequency of use. Poor
performance of blades may be present with chattering,
marks,waterlinesorwetspots.Ifanyoftheseconditions
are present, clean the wiper blades or replace as
necessary.
AddingWasherFluid
OnvehiclesequippedwithaElectronicVehicleInforma-
tion Center (EVIC), the low washer fluid level will be
indicated.Whenthesensordetectsalowfluidlevel,the
windshieldwilllightonthevehiclegraphicoutlineand
the“WASHERFLUIDLOW”messagewillbedisplayed.
